1.北京油鸡：

    产地（或分布）：主产于北京市郊区。
保种方式：保种场保护（中国农科院畜牧所、北京农科院畜牧所）
数量：2002年存栏6000只。
主要特性：属蛋肉兼用型鸡种。其中羽毛呈赤褐色（俗称紫红毛）的鸡体型偏小；羽毛呈黄色（俗称素黄色）的鸡体型偏大。初生雏全身披着淡黄或土黄色绒羽，冠羽、胫羽、髯羽也很明显，体浑圆。成年鸡的羽毛厚密而蓬松, 有冠羽和胫羽，有些个体兼有趾羽。多数个体的颌下或颊部生有髯须，冠型为单冠，冠叶小而薄，在冠叶的前段常形成一个小的“S”状褶曲，冠齿不甚整齐。虹彩多呈棕褐色，喙和胫呈黄色，少数个体分生五趾。成年鸡体重：公2049克，母1730克。成年鸡屠宰率：半净膛，公83.5%，母70.7%；全净膛，公76.6%，母64.6%。性成熟较晚，开产日龄210天，年产蛋110个，蛋重56克，蛋壳呈褐色，个别呈淡紫色。

Population size：There were over 6,000 chickens in 2002.
Major Characteristics：Broiler-egg type, Beijing You with rufous smaller type and Beijing You with flavescent larger type. The surface of day-old chick is flavescent fluff, it’s comb feather, shank feather, and wattle feather are obvious, and its body is round. Mature chicken's plumage is thick and fluffy, comb and shanks have feather, and only a few chickens have feathered-toes. There are beards in cheek or submaxillaris in most of Beijing You, single comb, small and thin comb-lobe; S-shape plica formed in front comb-lobe, uneven comb tooth, brown iridescence, yellow beak and shanks. Few have five toes. Beijing You is slow maturing. Adult weight is 2049g for cock and 1730g for hen. Adult half evisceration rate is 83.5% for cock and 70.7% for hen. Evisceration rate is 76.6% for cock and 64.6% for hen. This breed is late maturing. Age at first laying is 210 days. Annual egg is 110 eggs. Egg weight is 56g. Eggshell color is brown, and a few are orchid.
